Many people have said that they can taste the love and care that I put into the meals I’ve made.  I always start with simple fresh ingredients and put them together with respect for what each element brings.  So vol-au-vents are not really my thing!

Louise Cook Cuisine is a company based in Pembrokeshire, South West Wales that caters for the appetites of small or large groups, whether it be for Dinner Parties, Buffets or general catering.

We have lots of experience in cooking for groups of varying sizes using only the freshest ingredients to create sumptuous dishes ranging from simple soups & pastas to full roast dinners, vegetarian dishes and Indian feasts, European cuisine and luscious cakes and puddings.  It might be a celebratory meal, a corporate event or a wedding that you need us to cater for; a residential weekend or even a whole week.

We are a small company priding ourselves on giving a personal touch and being flexible around what you require…and of course on the food, which always goes down well!
